WAYNE, Pa., Sept. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Inverness Graham today announced the majority recapitalization of VivoAquatics, a technology-enabled water management platform that helps blue-chip commercial customers manage water assets and operations, energy efficiency, conservation, water safety, and regulatory compliance. VivoAquatics represents the fifth platform investment in Inverness Graham’s Green Light strategy, which invests in businesses with technology that delivers strong economic value while enabling resource productivity.
Founded in 2014, VivoAquatics has driven innovation in the water management industry through the integration of connected hardware with advanced software powered by AI-driven analytics. By combining real-time water quality and consumption intelligence with technical engineering, installation, and professional service capabilities, VivoAquatics and its VivoPoint platform enable customers to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical water systems that operate more efficiently, reduce costs, conserve water, and address regulatory requirements. Today, the company serves some of the world’s largest hospitality, fitness, municipal, and multi-family real estate organizations spanning water safety monitoring, leak detection and water usage monitoring, compliance management, and more.
“Poor water management can rapidly erode a company’s brand value, and the cost of mistakes is tremendous,” said Michael Morrissey, Managing Partner at Inverness Graham. “VivoAquatics and its VivoPoint platform use industry-leading data with predictive service and maintenance delivery to help ensure water quality at scale while reducing energy and treatment costs. We look forward to working with the VivoAquatics team to accelerate the company’s growth by expanding its market coverage and breadth of offerings.”
“Our customers are under real pressure to run their water systems efficiently, conserve water, and maintain detailed compliance records—all while controlling costs,” said Willan Johnson, CEO of VivoAquatics. “Our partnership with Inverness Graham marks an exciting new chapter for VivoAquatics. Inverness Graham’s operational depth and experience in scaling technology-enabled businesses position us to continue growing sustainably while keeping the customer experience front and center. Together, we will deliver the tools operators need to manage their water assets with confidence.”
